The first weekend of May turned out to be very fruitful for HD Ackerman, who not only managed to catch Jacques Rudolph off the bowling of Cummins on 100 he also scored 66 and helped Leicertershire chase down Yorkshire's 282 with ease. Langeveldt picked up 3-53 in ten for Leicestershire.
